Sounds like you have some morale training to do there.  Mario has a
couple of *youngsters* working under him  creating web sites, but
they've mostly been pretty reliable.  One of them is *real* reliable,
and Mario has been getting him extra training in all sorts of things.
The other is just mostly reliable, and needs to be babied along some
days. I've met them both.
