So, is _To Anacreon In Heaven_ filk? And if so, then is _Star
Spangled Banner_ filk by extension?
PS if anyone's thinking of replying that Anacreon is in the NESFA

PPS I wasn't referring to the Fannish Star Spangled Banner, either.
