Nope, I'm not a Federal Officer, yet I have numerous "Certificates" from the
Federal Highway Administration, DEA, FBI that indicate I've had the training
and state that the training was for the purpose of defining me as one.
Certificates don't mean anything, it's what my commission card says, and what
your license with the state of Ohio says, not your certificate of training.
So cite the specific Ohio Statute that provides for licensing of Private
Police
Officers, that's all I ask.
