AFAIK that is the highest version that will run on Warp4.
It does run some Windows apps that otherwise would not run under
Win-OS/2.
I've forgotten who said they could not find it, that I replied to
in my earlier post.  But it is available.  Personally I try to
avoid Windows apps.  So the question of "need" may be a personal
one.
