What I do is format /S a blank floppy to make it
bootable, add a batch file if you wish to
automatically unzip, copy the unzip program to it, zip
the rest of the files and put the zip file on the
floppy.
I created a self installing msdos 6 floppy disk set
this way. IBMDOS should work the same.
