Arkansas, last I heard.:)  Anyway the New Madrid fault is seldom 
mentioned,but if it does let go, look out!  Big sucker and will cause a lot 
of damage, probably more than if the san Andreas lets go?

I think earthquaker prediction is still fumbling around a bit? They're 
getting better at it, but I'm not gonna get too excited about whatever they
