I have a T21 with (thank goodness) a Intel Pro/100
Mini PCI combo card. The T21 is basically a T20 with a
little more muscle. There are OS/2 drivers for this
combo. There was a 3com combo card for the T2x but no
os2 driver listed for it. (Don't know if that means
it won't work). Here's a site for you to get the
latest drivers for your T20:
http://www-3.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-4JSQHB#Networking
This site includes bios updates and drivers as late
as June, 2003 (video). Also make sure you installed
PCMCIA support using Selective Install.
