There's more to it than `simply' playing the tape backwards. There's a vast
amount of maths and physics that has to corroborate the theory. So far most
of it does. There are stil some stumbling blocks. There have been
insurmountable difficulties with the theories that later observations
overcame. The main difficulty at the moment is the `missing mass'.
