Had an interesting experience with Supra Voice Mail (latest version). 
Called home to get messages and  heard a dial tone, then the modem trying
fax tones and then silence for over 8 minutes (modem is set for 5 min. per
message) and finally gave up as it would not return control to me.  When I
got home the offending message was 5.7 seconds long!  Needless to say I
went back to using SuperVoice.  Part of the problem seems to be that SVM
loads several programs into memory at start-up and our old 6100-60 is not
fast enough.
