Okay, well your message over-ran the buffer on my BBS which means it was
wellin excess of 150 lines which is our limit here. I thought it was a
FidoNet limit, but the rest of the message came through anyway, it just
won't fit into the copy buffer for me to make a quotes from it.
In any case, you stated that once you purchase a video tape then you own
it and can do anything you like with it. This is not true. Again I point
you to the notice on the very tape itself that says that you only own
the right to show it in your private home. You DO own the video tape
itself (and the right to show it in you personal home), but you DON'T
own the movie on the tape. That movie is owned, in this case, by Disney.
That's why it is illegal for you to sell it. There are laws against
selling what you don't own. You don't own "the Little Mermaid" movie and
that's why there are laws to keep you from selling it.
Now, if I were you, I would be VERY careful as to how I talk about my
activities in selling dozens of Disney movies without permission. You
never know if someone from corporate offiecies is here. Your admissions
to selling their product may not go well with them. I know if you
publicly sell something I own I would be pretty upset.
