Unless something's changed, a comma in the dial string provides a one second 
pause. Use as many commas as necessary: ie.
ATDT555-1212,,,,,58337475
This would dial 555-1212, pause for five seconds, and dial the string of 
numbers after the commas (could be any numbers, even another telephone 
number... doesn't matter)
