Have a look at your flow controll
your system cant handle the Big packets
Disconnect file compression in the modem
You must remember that the packets are all ready compressed
and the modem is trying to compress them more

Bink starts the transfer where it has disconnected
so there would be only a small packet to pick up

That is because the other modem is in controll
of your modem
Ask the other Sysops what compression they are using
