Yup. The "application" to small parts is not governed by the fear of Big Bear
at the door with badge and baton, but by the curious tendency of some traders
[and customers] to operate ethically. Of course the pragmatic, outnumber the
ethical but many of us old guys still feel Mum or Auntie back of us, peeping
over the shoulder and ready to give a WHACK!!!!!! if we behave bad.
