I'm just getting into OS/2 pgmg w/ BC++. I have an pgm that doesn't get
past the WinCreateStdWindow, but OS/2 or PM still has control of the .exe
file.
When I try to re-compile/link, the linker gives me a bogus error. When I
try to delete the existing .exe file, I get an access denied msg, in both a
VDM and an OS/2 window.
When I try to find the pgm with a WindowList, is doesn't show up.

Is there a way to detect and kill this errant program? Currently I have
to do a shutdown to get access to the .exe file: not a fast procedure.
