I write CD's, so I know for a fact that a 74 minute CD holds 680mb of data..  
any backup cd's I create are usually a full 680mb..  were do you get your 
info..?  from a magazine..  hahaha..
I have Res Evil ][ on 1 CD (Everything xcept the in game cut scenes are 
there)..  If it's all so wrong try putting the ps cd's in your PC cd drive & 
check it out for yourself..
