No, on this you are misinformed. I have done my research. I researched
at the library and then did research by having the United States
Copyright Office snd me their materials. Why? Because I have written
things that I wanted to copyright. I had many written materials and
computer programs copyrighted for my protection.
Look, I QUOTED verbatim the label to you from "The Living Desert" home
video itself. It said private, in-home use only. It said any other use
in strictly prohibited. It specifically said that unauthorized
distribution is a violation of the law and it mapped out criminal
penalties for it, including prison and fines. Now, you admited that you
use them for something other than in-home viewing. You sell them. You
admitted that you distribute them without Disney's permission. They own
the copyright, so this is obviously UNAUTHORIZED DUSTRIBUTION. You can
tell me I'm wrong all you like, but I CAN read English!
