300' is a pretty good standart for one time around. It always depends on how 
heavy the Pilots are, but I do not know anyone who says that one spin takes 
much more than 300'. Anybody is more confident at higher altitudes of course. 
If you are flying gliders you don't know yet, or that are known to be hard to 
get out of a spin, you would want much more altitude though.
What does PTS stand for by the way?
