Some motherboards will only take the cyrix chips, and some will only take the
amd 5x86 chips.

I think the cyrix 100 is maybe a little faster than the amd 133, I know that
the cyrix 120 chip is supposed to be pentium 90 equilivant, I however have not 
lined the two up as yet.

The cyrix chips are apparantley faster, they are also more expensive, phone me
