No. Although it was Microsoft (in partnership with IBM) who originally 
developed HPFS, NTFS is a different animal.  BTW, it's my understanding 
that HPFS can be used with NT 4.0.  I believe there is a way to do this 
by using the pinball.sys file from NT 3.51.
