"PL/I on Micros" by Bruce Hunter, 1986, Scott Forseman & Co.  This was
written for the Digital Research CP/M compiler but I think it is a good
intro to the language. I have been thinking of buying IBM's Personal
PL/I. I did a little hobby programming using the Digital Research
compiler and really enjoyed learning and using that subset of a subset
of PL/I.
