are you still running the toolit version of the linker? this is a v2.01.005
linker bug. there are many linker versions avail since this version. you
should use 2.01.009 at least.
(there is a package called EXPFIX.ZIP avail. expfix = fix for export bug).

it contains link386 v. 2.01.009 and a newer implib.
