How do I create a toolbar in BC 1.5 and what API function will I have
to use to load it.

I'am using WinEnableMenuItem to enable and disable menu options but BC
is generating warnings saying the code has no effect (The code does
enable and disable the menu options), so I'am wondering if this can
have an adverse affect later on.

How do I dynamically load and unload menu options.
