Chris Wohlgemuth's site http://www.os2world.com/cdwriting/ has vcdtools 0.4
and vcdimager 0.7.12 in the CD-writing list at the left of the page. Both
are dated earlier than the present Audio/Data-CD-Creator release, so may be
included, or at least usable, with it.
