Title: Sausage, Rice & Corn Chowder

Yield: 4 Servings
4 oz Bulk pork sausage, cooked
.and drained
Water
1/2 c Converted long-grain white
.rice
1 md Sweet potato, quartered and
.sliced thinly crosswise
4 c Creamed chicken*
1 pt Jar corn WITH liquid
1 Chicken bouillon cube
*See separate recipe
Boil water; add rice and sweet potato, return to a boil, cover and
simmer until potato and rice are tender, about 20 minutes. Stir in
sausage, creamed chicken, corn and liquid, 1 cup water and the
bouillon cube. Stir until cube dissolves.
Cool, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days or freeze up to 3 months.
