subject: ld: no lncurses found

Hola Todos :)

I got stuck again  :(  :)

Trying to compile  msged-6.2RC1-stable-src.tgz
using make,
gcc (GCC) 4.0.1 (Debian 4.0.1-2) reports:

/usr/bin/ld: no se puede encontrar -lncurses

I have ncurses installed:

ii ncurses-base 5.4-9 Descriptions of common terminal types
ii ncurses-bin 5.4-9 Terminal-related programs and man pages
un ncurses-runtime (no hay ninguna descripción disponible)
ii ncurses-term 5.4-9 Additional terminal type definitions

Just in case ;) I run ldconfig.
But to no avail, I get the same error.
I figure from the output that it cannot find ncurses libs. These seem to be
in /usr/local/lib, in /lib, in /usr/lib  :?

In husky/huskymak.cfg I have
PREFIX=/usr/local

# Where libraries (both .a and .so files) should be placed
# You should take care that this directory is listed in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH
# environment variable (if necessary, modify your /etc/profile file).
LIBDIR=$(PREFIX)/lib

which I have not touched. I don't see that it might that be the problem
since that's the place for the target libs and has nothing to do with
ncurses.

Felipe :)
