Oh bullshit, Paul.  I DON'T have the TIC info on my HD, and wouldn't have a
clue what is required.  What the fuck is wrong with allowing YOUR Msged to
file-attach to other points (exactly as it's meant to) just as I've done
with DD for years now?  Anyway, now that you have the file as well, you can
make it publicly available if you like.
