   OH.EXE and OPENFILES.EXE use the same mechanism. There is additional =
overhead, which is why you must enable it, for the kernel to keep track =
of the open files and other objects in a form that means something to =
you.

  Hi,

  using openfiles /query.

  Well, first, to use it, You need to: openfiles /local on - which will =
enable=20
  "global system flag: maintain objects list" - wtf ? - Why is this so=20
  complicated ? It requires restart ?!
  Also, there is a note: "could add performance overhead" ?! Why ? If i=20
  initiate openfiles /query it will say: "Please wait. Getting data..." =
(this=20
  is sooo funny) =3D=3D So it is getting data, it is not working =
constantly so it=20
  does not have the full list all the time - which it would need to =
refresh=20
  all the time to get perfomance overhead ?, so it is not fast, so there =
is=20
  getting data funny thing ?! - anyone falowing me ?
  If it is using WMI, there should be difference for connecting to local =

  repository =3D=3D should be very fast.
  If this is because it is checking for openned files by remote side ? =
=3D=3D=20
  there is noone connected =3D=3D should not ping time out, should be =
faster.

  If i enable this, is that connected to oh.exe which is displaying open =

  handles ?

  Ok, im using this two commands very long now, but is hate to restart =
the=20
  working computer just to get the open files or open handles, man, im =
pissed=20
  off.

  Sorry.

  If anyone has any info or explanation, Thank You!
