Hello All!

What's the best books about OS/2 C/C++ Programming for:

1)Text-mode apps
2)PM Apps

I need books in this  topic  because  I  can only use GCC, and it
doens't say a thing about the API...  Please list only  one  book
for  each category, as I can't check the books before I buy(there
are no American  Books  in  the  local  bookstore,  so  I have to
mail-order).
