It depends on the temperature. I usually plant tomato and pepper
seeds at the same time and it always takes a few more days for
the peppers to sprout.  So depending on how warm they are it'll
probably take a week to ten days to sprout.  As soon as they are
up give them plenty of light, or they'll get "leggy" in a hurry.
