No, no change log as these are beta versions.

Right, and the dada versions will only run with a registration key.

%rescan is not supported in either of the beta dada-? versions... That would
have been nice :)
These are the notes Kim sent me when he sent the dada-2 beta:
Dada-2 features support of IPV6.. and support INA, ITN, IBN and ICM nodelist
flags.
One should be able to contact some nodes without any node_remap entries now.
Kim mentioned you should make sure your bcfg4://local/general/OK_poll_flags
contains "(,ITN|,IBN)"
(or similar)
and bcfg4://local/modem/dial is something like:
1: ATR | ,IBN
2: ATD | .
