Thanks for your kind offer.  I think the requirement is gone now.  (I
sneaked a peek at Richard's reply. :)

An interesting prospect indeed.  Over all these years (14?) I haven't had a
need.  We got around it in net640 by creating a couple of file echoes, so,
anyone can send everyone a file if they want.  :)
