I don't like this. I was much happier with Dave's explanation. I don't like
that it does not honor the prompt setting.

I don't have any "Windows Update Agent" events in my Application
or System logs going back to December 2003 for the Application log and June
2004 for the System log. I don't see any events logged even for updates
that I *did* acknowledge.
