It's a problem of the mainboard BIOS! Elitegroup is known for that 
problem. The mainboard BIOS thinks anybody on the world is using IDE.
On my computers i hove to use BBS0 to get booted from Symbios CD, SCSI 
to boot from HD0 - but in any way "disk 1 is not ready" from the BIOS.

No, even ABIT owns the same problem.
