Is this the fix that has Sep-8-1993 LINK386.EXE and Aug-16-1993 IMPLIB.EXE?
 I've got that one on my BBS but didn't realize it. The file was named
EXPTFX.ZIP.

That makes sense.  Thanks.  The reply I got on Usenet about this problem
was along the lines that IBM has only released a private fix for it to a
few people and had never gotten around to a public fix.
