I have PMagic 3.0 installed under Warp 4, but do not believe this is
required in order to do what you are trying to do.  You should be able
to do all you need to do from a 1.44 FDD.  As part of the installation
of Warp 4 (from CD) it will ask if you want the partition formatted, so
don't bother with that in PM3.  It's best to let the installation
routine do it's own partition format.  Good Modeming!  /\oo/\
