I'm thinking of putting together the above barebones machine, and was
wondering if anyone had any experience with it, or any of it's components
with eCS.

Of particular concern is the networking - Realtek RTL8100BL 10/100 Base-T
Ethernet controller.  Does anyone know if the RTL8169 driver will work?

The sound card is listed as AC '97 2.2 compliant.  No other information is
given.

I'm betting that the video is ATI and shouldn't pose a problem.
