From: "Frank Haber" Rich, all Win 9x versions and NT4 migrated to the V4 look, before support at WinUpdate was withdrawn for most of them (g). I think NT4 and SBS 4.x just went to Siberia very recently, and 3.1 and Win 95 have been diverted to "so sorry" pages for a couple of years.
