It would probably help if there was more information than you have given us. 
What kind of printer is it? Is it a printer that requires the WINDOWS 
printing system?
Also, does it print ok from DOS or from 16 bit Windows? Semi fried parallel 
ports or printer cables with bad connections can cause what you describe.
