And I though you trusted no one. Patrick, count your
change, a skeptical person would certainly do so.....
PF>> Hmm. What better way would a government agency have to discredit

PF> No, but many conspiracy theorists have US federal agencies spending

Disinformation campaigns may exist, but it wouldn't deal with just
this subject. The best disinformation campaign is to say nothing, to
hold to policy. And yes there is a policy....
FA> But now I am beginning to wonder here Patrick, are you admitting to

This has been brought forth many times over the years by many
people. It has been suggested and it does look that way for example,
that NICAP was infiltrated by the CIA. NICAP was originally run by
Ex- U.S Air Force. Their primary goal was to bring to Congress's
attention the UFO saga. They never made it there. Nicap was taken
over by a CIA or supposedly ex CIA employee. So there can be some
truth to the idea of discrediting organizations or people. The big
question of course is why bother with a subject alleged to be pretty
much a joke. Why wasn't NICAP allowed to go before Congress etc.
If it is all such a joke, why not let people make fools of themselves.
Or was it that the people in Nicap of that era were a bit too
credible. Perhaps. And maybe that is why the organization was
targeted. They were targeted by the CIA and eventually dissolved...
Now as for Orcas, I will not accept your photos since as you say
untampered can mean nothing. I will only accept a real Orca, or a
piece, no videotape, again tamperable, your word, well, unless the
Vatican vouches for you, ah, on second thought scrap that, hell, there
is no one,ok, sorry, you have no credibility, but anyways,I'm sure we
could stand by the ocean till we see one right> . And then only
if we are lucky right? And then can we trust our eyes, does this all
sound familiar ..........
Happy Trails,
Fred.
