oh yeah! the change of address cards i remember, and now there is rumor
of the post office gearing up with new computer systems soley for the
purpose of initiating a sort of national identification system. as for
FEMA, your right matt,  but i think there is much more to it. they have
strong ties with the new fincin network, and other low key projects such
as L.U.C.I.D and blue beam. at any rate it is one to watch.. or listen
to.. i'm keeping FEMA active in my primary bank!
