 This is one of the areas where the Max OLR system lacks something.
 There's either no way to reset the pointer, or it's hard to do -I
 forget which since I use a BW door here and haven't used the OLR
 thing in a while.
 It may or may not work, but have your caller go to each message area
 and set him/herself back a few messages and then try downloading it
 again.

 If the user downloaded it with the Max OLR system, just have them
 upload it that way.  There's an option on the OLR menu for this,
 and if Max works as it should, it will handle unpacking them and
 whatever, and Squish will toss them as usual.
