Support of IPV6, and one should be able to connect directly with most nodes who
use the INA: flag without using the [node_remap] section IIRC.

Kim mentioned this version was very beta :)  Since I don't have IPV6 enabled
here, I haven't tested that funtionality yet... but it's nice to know that BBBS
will be up to date when I need it to be.. :)
