You make the (often made) mistake of thinking of the fidoweb as an entity. It
isn't an entity, it's a method! So as there isn't an enty there can't be a
single list of available areas. The available areas to you are the areas
available at your uplinks. You can get them by sending a %LIST to their
AreaFix...
