Writing native OS/2 programs IS the topic here.  Writing programs to run in
a VDM or WINOS2 is not,  but we tolerate the occasional message (like
"How to I give away slices in a VDM?").

Programming for OS/2 is NOT limited to 32bits,  or C++.   If you want to
talk about OS/2 pascal programming that is just fine (there are several
os/2 ISO pascal compilers available).
