Either you have to set up your Win95 machine as a 'browsemaster' (look in the 
Network settings ont he Win95 machine), or you have to add on the 'Network 
Neighbourhood' add-on (available at the same place you obtained the Win95 
client for Warp Server) to your Warp Server server.

Share level access should work - I have done it at work several times.  Do 
you have 'File and Print Sharing' set up and enabled on your Win95 machine?
