No. M$ has shipped 50Mio versions of Windows. But only about 12Mio to 18Mio
are used (InfoQuest or DataQuest or ... ?!).
You can be assured that almost all shipped versions of OS/2 are in use.
OS/2 is on the way to reach Windows in the "in-use" market.
I've got 5 licences of windows myself - and none is still in use.
