JOEL SNIDER had something deep to write about REXX and WIN_RUN_MODE

You may have better luck with PROGTYPE=PROG_31_ENH or
=PROG_31_ENHSEAMLESS or =PROG_31_ENHSEAMLESSCOMMON, depending on what
you want.  Note this is _not_ SET PROGTYPE=, only PROGTYPE=...

REXXTUT2 (available in lots of places) has lots of useful information
about REXX and things like building desktop objects with it.
