Requisite for most LEOS on the street, but ever notice how the ones that can 
schnooze and smell like something other than sweat and leather ascend to 
theur rifghts of command by not stepping on toes and passing only written 
tests and eeo programs?
I wonder if some of them ever got street smartsm but they sure do look good 
on tv, whilst the grunts always seem harried and overworked!
