OS/2 supports four 'priority classes', corresponding to

	1.	Idle Time
	2.	Normal
	3.	Time Critical
	4.	Server

Within each class, there are 32 priority levels. Within the 'Normal'
priority class, the kernel can adjust priority levels to provide tasks
with 'fair' access to the CPU. (This adjustment can be turned off by a
setting in config.sys.) I think that priorities are discussed along
with the DosSetPri() (or something like that) in the Control Program
reference in the toolkit information folder.

NB: My knowledge of priorities dates to 1.2/1.3 so I don't really know
what 'Server' priority class is, but I believe the general scheme is
still in use.
