Going pretty good.  (and to stay on-topic) My maximus system has running 
smoothly for awhile now.  We seem to picking up a lot of the callers from the 
local BBSes that are shutting down.  I'm averaging between 20 and 30 calls a 
day, and the system hasn't had any problems with the extra work load.
